Anxiety is one sort of feeling, which makes encapsulates you with uneasiness.

The unpleasant feeling where you feel a torment mixed with fear and worry can be described as Anxiety.

Anxiety is not only prevalent in a particular sect of society, rather it is a widespread thing which can hit you at any time, any place.

Be it a job interview or a medical test, one has experiences anxiety in his/her life span.

Anxiety can be short term or long term; it all depends on the circumstances.

Anxiety can be categorized into five broad categories which are as follows:

The constant worry they would have included the feeling that someone might accidentally knock them off. They can get hit by a truck or bus.

Anxiety management strategies for both men and women:

1) Slow breathing:

The very first and the most effective way to take care of your anxiety issue to slow down your breathing and catch the pace.

2) Muscle relaxation:

Just when you feel it is coming back; find a quiet and peaceful place. Close your eyes and slowly tense and relax your muscles from toe to head.

3) Stay in the present moment:

The past is gone, the future is yet to be seen, so live in present. If you are much tensed about what happened yesterday, remember that it cannot be changed but however, the present can be altered. The moral: stay in the present moment.

4) Healthy lifestyle:

Make you living a healthy process altogether. Adopt a healthy lifestyle where you eat goodsleep good and work well. This way you will be able to stay away from anxiety.

5) Take small acts of bravery:

We don’t stay that become Hercules overnight. The size of the bravery acts doesn’t matter, what matters is that you acted. So, initiate the process by taking one step at a time.

6) Indulge in self-talk:

It is your life and you are the protagonist. Leave the habit of underestimating yourself in every other situation. You should once in a while make time to give yourself a pep talk about anything and everything. So, start doing it today and initiate the process of coping anxiety

7) Make plans:

Worrying is okay but if it is getting in the way of being productive, it needs to be slain off. So, make a proper schedule of what time you should a lot to your mind to worry and what time should it act.

9) Learn from others:

It is always good to vent out and share. Whenever you feel like you are choking, make sure to throw out the thoughts. Sharing is indeed caring.

10) Be kind to yourself:

One thing which is very important to understand is that you are not a culprit. So don’t get rude to yourself. You have no idea of how anxiety manipulates you and that is why you should always be kind to yourself.
